Amgen sought an interactive educational activity that provides a deeper understanding of the concept of Minimal Residual Disease. Developed a concept for an immersive interactive 360° experience that employs an iPad to take players through four rounds of game content. By connecting the real-time game play to the iPad camera, players see through the 3D world and into the booth environment for a uniquely immersive engagement.

As players use the tablet to scan their 360° surroundings, they are tasked with identifying abnormal residual plasma cells. In addition, educational screens at the start and conclusion of reach round, plus quiz questions, reinforce key learnings.

Completing the experience creates a greater understanding of the characteristics of treatment-resistant cells and importance of testing for minimal residual disease in multiple myeloma (MM) patients to improve outcomes.
